I have already attempted treatment once, have undergone all the tests, and then took clostilbegyt (an anti-estrogen) for 3 months. Unfortunately, after three months, nothing changed and I gave up further treatment because I decided that there was no point in stuffing my body with hormonal drugs. Recently, in an online nutritional store, I found Tribulus Terrestris, the task of which is to naturally increase testosterone levels. Is the use of this preparation a good way to fight gynecomastia?

Mr. Tomek!

Sometimes, but it's rare, gynecomastia is a man's beauty. You should have a thorough hormonal examination (prolactin, estradiol, testosterone, FSH, LH) and then the doctor (andrologist, sexologist or endocrinologist) should develop an exact schedule of your hormonal treatment. There is no other way with true gynecomastia. It can be long-lasting, but it is the only effective and reasonable therapy. If it is a real gynecomastia caused by hormonal disorders, then apart from changes in appearance, it also entails other "complications" and, if only for that reason, it should be treated.
Regards and patience.
