I am 32 years old, I had cryptorchidism, treatment was started quite late. I feel a small tumor in the testicle that was "escaping". Is it cancer or something else?
Cryptorchidism is a proven contributor to testicular cancer. Bringing the testicle into the inguinal canal makes it easy to assess and enable early diagnosis of the disease. I propose to see a doctor and perform an ultrasound examination of this testicle. When in doubt, it is safer to remove the affected testicle than to miss out on tumor development.
