I have a problem with the pronunciation of words starting with k and t when reading (for more people). I get stuck at the same time. I don't think this is stuttering. I take a breath and somehow breathe out k or t and p, with other words I have no problems. What should I do?

There are frequent "jams" on explosive sounds: p, b, t, d, k, g. Especially when the situation is stressful for the speaker. It is worth practicing breathing and speaking fluently (exercises in intonation and melody of speech), which should eliminate problems. Try to breathe in calmly and try to speak slowly, so that the utterance does not resemble a telegraph, please also try to lengthen the vowels a bit (especially the vowel from the stressed syllable) and do not add interludes "yyy", "aaa" etc. to the utterance. if you went to a speech therapist who can give you some more exercises and teach you abdominal breathing, which is essential for fluent speaking.
