I have had a pronunciation problem for two years. This problem is quite bothersome, namely it manifests itself in the fact that when I try to speak quickly, the letters change in the sentence, or some letters are "eaten" by me, which causes a strange sense of speech. I often perform in public in performances etc. so I cannot allow myself to speak slowly. I like to talk fairly quickly, but most of all be understandable. I have a big problem with the pronunciation of words such as (mom, evoke, additionally) not that I cannot pronounce them completely, but simply when I say words that have letters that repeat in one word, it creates a gibberish that it is poorly understood by others. I'm stupid, because it's supposed to be so easy for everyone … I don't know what to do, I am begging you for any help, except for a speech therapist, for this purpose I am asking for advice, a way that could help me in my situation.

I don't understand why you are so refusing to talk to a speech therapist? The best exercises will be exercises carried out under his supervision. You would most likely have to practice complex orthophonic structures at a rapid pace. I would recommend simple diction exercises that allow you to use all the words fluently. It is best, however, that these exercises should be selected by a speech therapist, because in order to do this, you need to listen to you and assess what will bring the fastest result.
