I am diagnosed with a tubal hydrocele, but sometimes it is and sometimes it is not. I have vaginal discharge, sometimes even slightly brown, and I would like to know if the ovary needs to be removed, can plastic surgery be done and what is it about? After removing the ovary, I have no chance of getting pregnant because I cannot afford IVF. Are there any other chances? I am asking for a quick reply.
The hydrocephalus of the fallopian tube is a complication of chronic inflammation. The oviduct is obstructed, overgrown, bloated as a balloon and filled with fluid inside. This fallopian tube causes infertility for two reasons. The first is that it does not let the egg or sperm pass through, and the second is that if the second fallopian tube is normal and fertilization occurs, the embryo will not develop, it will die because the fluid from the diseased fallopian tube damages the embryo.
Plastic surgery of the fallopian tube can only be performed if the obstruction concerns the end of the abdominal fallopian tube. In other cases, the operation is not performed because it is ineffective and often there are no conditions to perform it.
