Hello, I am 32 years old, such antibodies have been found in me. The doctor suggested insemination, but the chances were slim (I would have had hysteroscopy before that). He also proposed in vitro. My question is: what are my chances of being a mom with these treatments and is it really impossible to treat it and get pregnant naturally?
The presence of antibodies reduces the chances of getting pregnant. Conservative treatment of the immune factor is not satisfactory. When proposing a method of infertility treatment, several factors are taken into account that are important for success, such as, for example, the cause, the age of the woman, how long she cannot get pregnant, whether she has been treated, and how the result of the sperm examination of the husband is. For the above reasons, it is best to talk to your attending physician as he / she has all the necessary information about this. It is estimated that about 30 percent of treated women become pregnant. Sometimes this percentage is higher (the IVF method can remove the cause) and sometimes it is lower.
