Panna cotta is a dessert made of boiled cream
Panna cotta is prepared with cream, milk, gelatin and sugar. First, the cream is heated with sugar and flavored substances, such as vanilla and lemon peel. After boiling, gelatin previously dissolved in water is added. The whole thing is boiled for a few minutes, stirring constantly.
The mass is poured into round molds and allowed to cool for several hours. When the mass solidifies, it is removed from the molds so that the bottom becomes the top layer of the dessert.
Panna cotta is usually served with strawberries, although you can also replace them with other fruits, such as raspberries. This dessert can also be supplemented with fruit mousse, caramel or hot melted chocolate.

Gelatin should be dissolved in warm water, and after cooling, add it to yoghurt mixed with honey (or possibly vanilla). The whole thing should be mixed, and the finished msa should be put into molds and cooled. After solidifying, remove from the molds and serve with fresh fruit or fruit mousses.
