When something goes wrong, I get nervous quickly. How to master yourself?
What to do? Don't hurt yourself. But seriously: it is impossible to help by letter, even if I wrote the wisest. There may be different reasons for not controlling emotions, and there may be different recipes for this. You have to talk about your nerves with someone who knows about it, i.e. a psychiatrist, maybe also a psychotherapist. There is nothing to be ashamed of and talk honestly! Regards!
