I will be 33 in December, I haven't given birth yet, and recently it turned out that I have 3 fibroids close to the uterus, 1 cm 8 mm and 6 mm in size. I am devastated and I am very afraid that I will not be able to have a child anymore. Let me add that my blood type is Rh- and my partner is Rh +. What is my chance of getting pregnant?
Myomas are benign tumors, most often located in the muscle of the uterus, not "near the uterus". The fibroids of the given dimensions are small and, as long as they do not distort the uterine cavity, are of no importance for getting pregnant. However, I would advise you not to postpone the decision to become pregnant, as they may grow or new ones appear.
The difference in Rh groups between you and your partner has no significance for fertilization, but when you are pregnant, you will have to be tested for anti-Rh antibodies (you will certainly receive a referral from the doctor in charge of your pregnancy).
