This is because its natural protection is quite weak - the skin of the hand has a small amount of sebaceous glands and thin fatty tissue. Without the support of smart care, it quickly loses its pretty appearance and betrays its age ruthlessly. So how do you prevent hand skin aging?
How to prevent hand skin aging?
- Use mild, natural soaps
When washing your hands, use mild, natural soaps or lotions that do not dry the skin. Avoid contact of your hands with strong detergents - always wear protective gloves when doing housework. If you are allergic to latex, wear thin cotton gloves underneath.
- Use a good hand cream
Have a good hand cream on hand, which is perfectly absorbed and does not leave an oily layer on the skin, discouraging from using the cosmetic. Ideally, it should contain moisturizing, protective and soothing substances, e.g. glycerin, aloe, allantoin, panthenol. Use it after each hand wash and whenever you feel your skin feels dry. When you go outside, use a cream that also contains sunscreen.
- Do a hand peeling once a week
If you do not have a hand care product, use a sugar body scrub that moisturizes the skin well. Then put on a mask (e.g. gloves), serum or massage a generous amount of nourishing cream - it's good to have vitamin C to lighten discoloration - and wear cotton gloves, preferably overnight.
