I am looking for information to confirm the diagnosis of promiscuity. I was raped as a young child.
You are looking for something that is not there. The scientific concept of promiscuity was abandoned, it said that primitive people did not create families, everyone could live with anyone. Transferring such situations to the present day, it is difficult to find their source only in childhood sexual abuse, although they are certainly associated with disorders of psychosexual development. I propose not to penetrate too much into the roots of your behavior (except in psychotherapy), but try to live in such a way as to please yourself. Regards!
