Here are 5 simple exercises for a firm breast that will not require a lot of effort, but will effectively strengthen the muscles of the chest. Do them regularly at any time of the day and you won't have to wait long for the results.

Exercises for a firm bustwill help you strengthen the chest muscles that support the breasts. If you don't train regularly, your muscles are likely to be weak and your breasts tend to droop more. The following exercises stimulate the pectoral muscles to work, making this part of the body firmer and more lifted.

Before starting the exercises, spend 5-10 minutes on a general warm-up (e.g. running in place, jumping jacks, arm circles, jumping jumps).

Do this exercise with dumbbells. If you don't have dumbbells, you can use half-liter or liter water bottles.

Stand slightly astride. Hold dumbbells in both hands. Bend your elbows in front of you at chest height with the insides of your forearms facing up. The hands are to be bent at right angles. Then separate your hands by "opening" them like a book, so that the hands are on both sides of the body. Push your chest forward when you turn your arms to the sides. Do 15 repetitions. Make sure to keep your elbows together and keep your hands on each time.

Again, step slightly astride. Fold your fingers together at chest level, bend your elbows. The forearms should form a straight line. For 2-3 seconds, press with all your strength with one hand on the other, release for a moment and squeeze your hands again. Repeat the exercise 20 times.

Another dumbbell exercise. Lie on your back, slightly bend your legs at the knees. As in the first exercise, bring your elbows in front of you at chest level. Make an "open" and "close" movement as you pull your arms towards the floor. Repeat 15 times.

Keep lying down from the previous exercise. Connect the dumbbells and stretch your arms out in front of you at head level, with your elbows slightly bent. Then spread your arms wide to the sides and return to the starting position.Take care of precise hand movements - don't lower them too low or raise them too high. Remember that your elbows must be bent at all times.

Exercises for firm breasts 5

The last exercise is push-ups while kneeling. Place your hands shoulder-width apart, point your fingers forward. Rest your knees on the floor - the greater the angle between your thighs and your torso, the more difficult the exercise. Keep your body in line. Slowly lower your elbows (inhale) until your chest is between your hands. Then come back to your previous position by straightening your elbows (exhale). Do as many push-ups as you can. Remember not to bend your torso during exercise.
