The next day, the juice produced should be drained in a strainer or with gauze. Drink this syrup 2-3 times a day, one tablespoon. You can store it - preferably in the refrigerator.

Mix 20 g of raspberry leaves, sage and chamomile flowers. Pour one tablespoon of the mixture prepared in this way with one glass of boiling water and leave it to infuse for 15 minutes, then strain. Use to rinse the mouth and throat several times a day.
