Cold cheesecake vs. cooked cheesecake

Other varieties of cheesecake are cold cheesecake and cooked cheesecake. The main ingredients of the cold cheesecake are ground curd cheese, mascarpone or homogenized cheese. Sugar and gelatin and whipped cream are added to the cheese mass. The mass is put on the bottom, prepared from sponge cakes, biscuits, crumbled biscuits or previously baked dough. Fresh fruit is placed on top of the cake and jelly is poured over it, the whole thing is cooled to a concentration, the cheesecake is served cold.

Cooked cheesecake is prepared from ground curd, which is rubbed with butter and egg yolks, then beaten egg whites and pudding mixed in milk are added. The whole thing is boiled, put into a mold and cooled down. The bottom of the cheesecakethe most common are biscuits. Often, the cooked cheesecake is enriched with chocolate glaze.

Dew cheesecake

Dew cheesecake is a delicate variety of cheesecake topped with meringue. The meringue is made from egg whites, whipped with sugar and placed on top of the dough at the end of baking. During the cooling process of the cheesecake, dew drops appear on the meringue, hence the name of the cheesecake.
