Hello! I have oily rosacea and more and more oversized sebaceous glands on my forehead and cheeks. It does not add beauty. The dermatologist told me that you have to like it because it can't be removed. I read on the internet that it can be removed by laser or cryotherapy. I am afraid that any visible scars will remain after removal. Not so long ago, I had a cold viral wart on my face and there is no trace of it, but this is a different change. I am asking for advice.

Overgrown sebaceous glands can be removed using chemical peels and treatment methods, includinglaser therapy . In the case of surgical therapy, there is always a risk of complications in the form of traces, however, with the proper implementation of the procedure and careful analysis of indications, it is small.
