I'm 28 weeks pregnant. For over a week, I can't stop crying. I live over 300 km from my family with my husband and 3-year-old daughter. I'm sick of this place, that I have no one to talk to, that my child misses me and wants to go back to my grandparents. Eternal struggle and thinking what to do with my daughter to be able to go to the next doctor's appointment. There are often days when I cannot calm down, even with my daughter. I am constantly wondering if she is developing well and I would like to teach her what other children can do. Often older. Sometimes I feel like a little girl who misses my mother and this state is slowly starting to overwhelm me. If it wasn't for the kids, I would have done something stupid.
I'm sorry, the described situation is really difficult. Unfortunately, I have the impression that marriage does not give you a sense of security … So you will not do without a serious conversation with your husband about how your relationship works. You have to consider various changes, including the option of moving closer to your family, but also find an answer to the question of what is an obstacle in establishing new social relations in the place where you live. Whatever you decide, a conversation with your husband is necessary, so it is worth using psychological help, i.e. giving your family a chance.
