I am at the beginning of my first pregnancy and I would like to advise me on how to deal with the stress that torments me? Is there any way to do this?

It is perfectly normal to develop symptoms of stress during pregnancy, especially in its early stages. Fears related to its course, changes that the appearance of a child will bring to life, or hormonal processes taking place in a woman's body are natural causes of increased tension. I encourage you to look at what is the main source of stress. Pregnancy as such, fear of childbirth, changes in the future mother's life, and maybe something else.

The answer to the question: "What really stresses me out the most?" it is the starting point for dealing with stress as such. What usually helps in this situation is preparation for each stage of pregnancy, delivery and the arrival of a baby. Acquiring sound knowledge, attending birthing training, or being supported by a qualified midwife can be a great help. The fewer unknowns the pregnancy brings, the easier it will be to keep stress low. I also encourage you to use relaxation techniques, work with your breath or work with your body. Access to activities dedicated to future mothers, aimed at improving their well-being, is increasing. However, if you decide that the perceived tension is too high, too hard to bear, I suggest contacting a psychologist individually. Often, just a few sessions can effectively reduce tension, improving the comfort of mother and baby.
