Why do I get fat instead of losing weight by drinking red tea, eating regularly and lightly, and my last meal at 6 p.m., exercising vigorously every day and playing tennis? I would also like to add that my test results for diseases that could cause weight gain are normal.

It depends on what you mean by the word "gaining", if your body weight increases, it may be because you increase your muscle mass with exercise. So the weight may stand still or increase, because, colloquially speaking, muscles are heavier than fat. You do not have to eat your last meal at 6 p.m., unless you go to bed at 8 p.m. You should eat your dinner no later than two hours before bedtime. Too long a break between dinner and sleep will cause your body to switch to saving and the metabolic rate will drop. If you exercise intensively, you should have at least one day a week free from training, devoted to the regeneration of muscles and the body.
