What diet should a 17-year-old girl be on?

You should eat smaller meals, but of greater frequency. This could be 4/5 meals a day, eaten at 3/4 hour intervals.

Diet should be varied and varied to provide various nutrients. You should eat breakfast within an hour of getting up, and dinner no later than two hours before going to bed. It is correct to include portions of vegetables with each meal, which will provide fiber, which will improve the functioning of the intestines, and minerals. For breakfast and lunch, you can eat fruit instead of vegetables. You should give up highly processed food, fast food, sweetened drinks. However, eat fresh, seasonal products.

It is also worth paying attention to the methods of heat treatment. Instead of deep-frying heavy, fatty, breaded dishes, or cooking soups seasoned with flour and cream. It is better to use steaming, grilling, baking in aluminum foil, stewing. This will reduce the caloric content of the dishes, they will be easier to digest and lighter for our stomach.
