She still hears: "Majka, you are like a little girl!" And it's not because she likes to wear youth outfits. For 10 years he has been exercising in a fitness club to keep fit. Majka Jeżowska has the joy of life as children that captures the years.

- The fact that I am perceived as still young and full of youthful energy is largely the result of my character and what I do professionally - says Majka Jeżowska. - Singing for a young audience finally obliges! (laughter). I play a lot of concerts, and they require from me not only form but also inner optimism. If I want to cheer up the audience, I have to be cheerful and one hundred percent convincing. Fortunately, what I do on stage reflects my personality. I am very open to people. I work with the young and for the young, it makes me feel like one of them. With many people, I am much, much younger than you. The age barrier quickly fades away …
I am naive like a child. But it is good! Someone once said that being naive makes us forever young. Because if we are bitter, nothing surprises us anymore, we are not happy, we only "improve" the world by expressing opinions on how everything should look like and being nervous that it is not - we add years to this behavior ourselves. The timbre of our voice also ages us. I often see my younger friends being interviewed on TV - they talk like old ladies, in the tone of … ladies. But it results from the environment we live in, what work we have and what it requires of us. Do we have to be so firm, mature and mature in it?
Can we afford a hint of madness? I can. For many years, I wore colorful clothes: frills, bows - and of course I heard people whispering behind me: "Doesn't she have a mirror? Let him look at the calendar. " Today I don't pretend to be a teenager anymore - even though I still dress as a teenager. I feel like I have a young soul - why should I not express it with my clothes?

I started to lose my condition 10 years ago and that's when I joined a fitness club. Movement has become my ritual. I exercise 2-3 times a week. Thanks to thisI'm struggling today - I don't want to say athletic, because that would be an exaggeration - I'm happy with my body. And I am also very pleased when after the concert girls who grew up on my songs come to me and say to me: “Ms. Majka, you have not changed at all! Figure - like a teenager! How do you do that? For a woman who hears such words from the lips of another, much younger one, there is no greater compliment. Then I tell them: if you want to look good at 50, you have to work really hard for it.
