It is worth taking periodic blood pressure measurements - the first measurement in the morning, on an empty stomach after urination, the second in the afternoon or evening hours, and whenever there are any symptoms such as headaches or dizziness, chest pains, shortness of breath. Only the attending physician can comment on pharmacological treatment, but it is very important that you follow a diet with sodium ion restriction, which is in the form of table s alt, i.e. sodium chloride in a s alt shaker, but also in other forms, such as monosodium glutamate in many processed products industrially such as powdered soups, canned food, cold cuts, cheese - these products should be avoided, but it is advisable to eat vegetables, fruit, dark bread, white cooked meat and white lean cheese.
