I have a problem with the excessive secretion of sebum on my face, my nose starts to glow an hour after powdering it, even my eyes are "greasy". Are there any dietary supplements that can reduce this phenomenon? I am 31 years old, hormones ok, I am not sick and I am not taking any medications.

Dietary supplements do not have clinically proven anti-seborrheic effects. In the case of limited (local) seborrhea, creams or gels that block the work of sebaceous glands, e.g. local retinoids, are recommended.
