Hello! For as long as I can remember my hair is very weak. I find them thin, sparse, brittle, dry and split at the tips. What can I do to give them some vitality and strength? Maybe some diet, vitamins, nutrients? I've tried many different ways, from nutritional supplements to vitamins containing horsetail, but it didn't help much.

Please eat plenty of vegetables, fruits and dairy products, do not blow-dry your hair and use very mild shampoos.
