I am only 16 years old, and for four years now I have had problems with retention of urine (only while laughing and usually not in large amounts). Even right after emptying the bladder, when I start to laugh, it just "it" happens! I went to my GP, I got medication, but it doesn't really help! What should I do in such a situation? I would like to get rid of this embarrassing problem as soon as possible! Can it be cured forever with some drugs? Oh, and could this problem mean I'm infertile? Pati
I suggest you visit a urologist for a thorough assessment of your current ailments and your childhood he alth history. Perhaps it will be advisable to perform specialized tests determining the structure and function of the lower urinary tract. Most likely, your current ailments are not related to fertility.
