I'm 33 years old. 12 years ago I got iodine J-131, activity 11.79mCI. I have not taken any medications since then, and my results were normal. I gave birth to 2 children. Thyroid ultrasound results: right lobe: 37x11x9mm V=1.8ml; left lobe: 47x10x12mm V=2.8ml. Slowly the TSH results increase, the last result shows TSH=4.51 (norm 0.27-4.2). Do I need to start taking Euthyrox? Is it related to lifetime medication? Are there any natural methods to keep TSH normal?

You should see an endocrinologist. Most likely, you'll get treatment. There are no natural ways to increase your thyroid hormone levels. Your thyroid gland is small and I think that you will need treatment continuously.
