I had testicular inflammation. First the left, then the right. It's been a long time and my right testicle still hurts - especially in one place (I will add that I also had a twist in this testicle). I have also had problems with urinating for a long time - I have to wait for a while for the urine to flow, and after that I could pee for 3 minutes …

The most important thing is urination disorders. They can influence the frequent inflammation of the testicles due to the location of the seed mound where the ejaculatory ducts exit in the urethra. Any increase in pressure within the urethra associated with abnormal sphincter tension will increase the pressure in the ejaculatory ducts and, consequently, in the vas deferens and promote the onset of testicular inflammation. So, first of all, urination disorders need to be treated.
