I have a problem, namely, often in stressful situations I get speech blocks and it's hard for me to utter a word. After a while it passes and it is normal, usually with the usual saying "Good morning". Please help. Is my "disease" related at all to the field of speech therapy. Thank you in advance, best regards.

I would rather consult a psychologist. Although the communication problem is, I believe it has a psychological background. Only when the psychologist decides that you need to support yourself with speech therapy, you can take the advice of a speech therapist.
