The gynecologist told me during the ultrasound that I had a follicle in my uterus and if I missed my period, I should have a blood test. I know that I cannot be pregnant because I have not had sex for 2 months, but for additional certainty I did a pregnancy test which was negative. When I asked what to do when I get my period normally, she said nothing. I don't know what to think about it. The doctor also said that I have endometritis when her patients are pregnant.
A vesicle in the uterus and endometrium, just like in pregnancy, does not mean that it is a gestational or temporal vesicle. It can be, for example, tiny, completely meaningless blisters with fluid that will disappear during menstruation, and the endometrium "as pregnant" happens in the second phase of the menstrual cycle. So I advise you to follow the recommendations of your doctor.
