Can the treatment of herpes be effective in using the secretion produced by your own immune system - lubricating the affected areas with earwax? A colleague, whose sister worked as a nurse for 30 years, looked after a patient who lived in Siberia in 1939-1956. The patient shared with the nurse the information that during this stay, the exiles used earwax to lubricate herpes with very good results. I have been using this method for a year and I can confirm that the effects are very good. No spreads or tablets that I had used before did not give such an effect.

The method you discussed has not been confirmed in clinical trials. Typically, in the case of recurrent herpes, oral therapy with acyclovir, valaciclovir, penciclovir or famciclovir is recommended, as they inhibit viral DNA synthesis. Unfortunately, none of them fight latent infections, nor reduce the risk of infecting other people. In some cases, it reduces the risk of recurrence in the future.
