After cytology, I had cervical dysplasia. Then I had a surgery in the hospital - LEEP conization and histopathological samples were taken. Please interpret these results: Pathomorphological diagnosis: fragments of the vaginal part of the cervix (No. 10) covered with paraepidermoid epithelium with the presence of high grade intraepithelial lesions (HSIL, CIN II). HSIL present in 5 of the 10 material fragments assessed. Intraepithelial lesions present in glandular tubes.
The result of the histopathological examination indicates a high degree of dysplasia. It is important that you either did not write it or it was not included in the description, and it should be whether the lesion was completely removed, or whether the cut border runs through he althy tissues. If it does not require further treatment, only periodic check-ups.
