My histopathological result: post-missed miscarriage - scrapings from the body of the uterus, sparse villi in the material, usually with signs of degenerative degeneration, but without trophoblast hyperplasia. Temporal with an ordinary structure. Is it okay or not?
As a result, an incorrect image of the trophoblast villi was described. In this case, the uterine cavity is assessed for empty and a beta HCG test is performed. If the patient is not bleeding, the uterus is constricted and straight, and there is no beta HCG, then that's fine. Otherwise, further diagnostics and possibly treatment are recommended.
