Currently I am in hospital with pathology of pregnancy and doctors are reluctant to talk about my problem. Three years ago I had laparoscopy and Strassman surgeries, even though I had never had any miscarriages before. The uterus was two-horned, but the correction did not bring any major improvement. Now I'm 17 weeks pregnant. The fetus is located in the left corner of the uterus. Unfortunately, I am in the hospital for the 5th time (previously it was bleeding). Now I am in the hospital because I have had heavy contractions and there is heavy bleeding all the time. I even visited the delivery room because the doctors did not give the baby a chance. I have a very short cervix, so bed rest is recommended (additionally 3 x Duphaston, 3 x 2 tabs. Lutein and Laktomag), the inflammation persists, despite taking ampicillin. I have one kidney, but apparently everything is fine with it, it works for two. I am aware that I will lie down until the end of my pregnancy (if I manage to keep my baby). Should I have a disc or neck seam on, or should lying alone be enough? Doctors don't know exactly where this bleeding is coming from. There was a small hematoma recently, in a moment it was gone, but the haemorrhages persist. Can the uterus stop the baby's development after such an operation? I met until the 17th week, despite the fact that the doctors did not give me a chance.

Abdominal pain and bleeding are a contraindication to putting a suture and pessary on the cervix. The operation that you have undergone has no effect on the development of pregnancy.
