I am 18 years old and my left eye has drooped since my childhood. I see badly in the left eye - behind the fog. My questions are: is it possible to lift the eyelid, will vision correction be a separate procedure, if so, where and for how much is it possible to carry out such surgery? Is there any risk?

A drooping eyelid - contrary to popular opinion - is a condition that requires a visit to a neurologist (perhaps the reason is the nerve conduction disturbance responsible for the proper eyelid movement) or a plastic surgeon. If you see your left eye wrong - and from childhood - you may have developed amblyopia. However, we do not know this. The ophthalmological examination can decide how much you can see.
