I do not have much experience in diagnosing this syndrome, but - as is the case in psychiatry - the diagnostic criteria are not necessarily strict, the tests are not necessarily sufficient and the disease entities are not necessarily unambiguous. I suggest not to delve into the theory, to take care of yourself practically, e.g. - if the problems are bothersome - use psychotherapy. Regards!
