Hello. I wanted to advise you, because for some year there has been a weakening of the mood. At first I didn't take it seriously. I did some online depression tests and found out from the results that I only met the criteria for "depressing". I could normally do everything I had before with reduced pleasure. There are no other factors. So I figured it was temporary. The second thing is that I couldn't bring myself to go to a psychiatrist and get tested to be sure if it was depression (because internet tests, although popular, do not always give 100% answers). However, recently it has started to bore me and tire me. I still can't bring myself to go to the counseling center, so first I decided to ask the Lord for advice. Thanks in advance.

Tests are never 100% reliable, and the forms of depression are sometimes dissimilar. The primary symptom of depression is anhedonie, dissatisfaction. The Lord meets this criterion. This does not mean going to a psychiatrist, perhaps you have lived with it without much suffering so far. Regards!
