Hello, I have a problem. Since I was pregnant, and actually from the 5th month of pregnancy, I started snoring - at first sporadically, now even during the afternoon nap. The girlfriends and the gynecologist also say that it will go away after the delivery. And I am worried that I am hurting my baby with this snoring. What can I do?

Perhaps it is related to weight gain that is beyond your control. If you are snoring and there are no other symptoms, I would not worry about it, but wait for it to be resolved. If you snore in the supine position, you can try to sleep on your side, but the most important thing is the comfort of your sleep. The truth is that before you do any diagnosis, you will be after the baby. If the symptom persists after the baby is born, then do the diagnosis.
