Believes that the basic rule in dealing with the world is: do not hurt yourself, other people or animals. She believes that happiness is a state of mind that anyone can generate within themselves. Małgorzata Pieczyńska - an excellent actress, a fulfilled woman for whom fifty is a birthday like any other.
He has been sharing his house between Poland and Sweden for 30 years. He plays successfully in both countries. Calm, reflective, open to people. She delights with her beauty, young appearance and good form.
- We saw each other 15 years ago. It's a long time and you haven't changed at all …
Małgorzata Pieczyńska: If a person exudes satisfaction with life, it is reflected on his face. I take care of my he alth, I regularly do tests, I watch what I eat, I try to live in harmony with myself and the world. I fulfill myself in many fields: professional and private. I have been happily married for 30 years, we have a wonderful adult son. My husband is my great support. Although he is involved in the business himself and has nothing to do with my industry, he loves my work because he sees that then I am flourishing. Professional work triggers good emotions in me. Endorphins are also physical activity. Since I was a child, the movement has been included in my biography. I trained, among others acrobatic gymnastics, diving. I have been practicing yoga every day for 10 years.
- What is the uniqueness of this form of activity?
M.P .: Yoga is not only a fantastic gymnastics and rehabilitation, but a coherent concept that can lead to physical, mental he alth and happiness. A system in which the principles of coexistence with oneself and with the world are inscribed. The main one is not to hurt - yourself, people and animals. Yoga is taking care of the body, he alth, relationships, and diet. Do we not hurt ourselves in the gym when we "pack" our muscles with headphones with loud music on our ears, without even thinking about what is happening to our biceps and joints. Then we are surprised that our knees or elbows hurt, and we have noise in our head. When properly performed, the asana or pose is filled with the breath and awareness of the mind. Deep blood supply and oxygenation of the body as well as strengthening the muscles help to maintain the correct figure, body symmetry, efficient joints, strong and flexible muscles every day. Yoga activates all muscles, including the deep muscles, it affects the kidneys, liver, heart, back of the foot and metatarsus - details which, thanks to conscious action, become well supplied with blood, strong and he althy. It calms the head! This is not so comprehensive in any other gymnastics. In yoga, the attitude to physical effort is full of attention, thanks to which we will not hurt ourselves, and we can gain many unexpected benefits.
- How has yoga influenced your life?
M.P .: Yoga offers breathing exercises that deepen the ability to concentrate and relax and help fight stress, an inseparable element of my profession. I can see a big difference between what was and what is - yoga makes it easier for me to control my emotions. Despite the passage of time, my body does not degenerate, I am getting more and more agile. I do splits without any problems and I stand 10 minutes on my head every day. I don't know what will happen in 20 years (laughs). Yoga helps you solve problems within yourself. It is invaluable to discover that happiness is a state of mind that we can generate ourselves. If we understand this, looking for happiness will not be a pursuit of material things. We will not look for it in the outside world, but in ourselves. It's great if we can give our relatives and friends an interesting and harmonious self, no matter how much money we have in our pockets.
M.P .: I was 19 years old and it was not related to any ideology, Buddhism or animal defense movement, it was a… political decision. Holidays were approaching, so my parents set me up for ham and pork loin for cards. After waiting for a few hours, it turned out that there would be no delivery. I remember that angry crowd. Even though I was standing with my friends from the university and it was even fun after college, I could feel the rebellion and aggression growing in me from hour to hour. It was then that the thoughts of Helmut Kajzar, my public writer and guide to the world of values came to mind: "Let's not be forced to hate". I decided that I would never let such destructive and humiliating emotions arise in me again. I stopped eating meat. I started to be interested in macrobiotics. I ate boiled and roasted wheat as well as linseed, which - when heated in a dry frying pan - acquires the taste of nuts. My husband ate exactly what I did, plus a steak or a solid piece of fish. Various mockery tastes were not a problem at home. But when I got pregnant, Gabryś categorically stated that his child was undoubtedly carnivorous and that he should be given a piece of sausage. For peace of mind, after seven atoms, I started eating fish.Victor is a carnivore, as predicted by his father, but increasingly he doesn't eat meat for months.
M.P .: Varied. I don't eat meat for ethical reasons, and if I do, then… game. I believe that there is the least suffering in it. Animals raised for slaughter in concrete piggeries and cowsheds, which do not see the sun all their lives, have no movement and end up as a sausage - this is unacceptable to me. The same applies to cage rearing of hens. It's easy in Sweden because organic products can be bought in every store. I love home-made bread and that's why we don't have bread at home. I bake only for guests, because I know they expect it. We also do not use sugar, there is xylitol, white wheat flour, noodles, semi-finished products. I buy everything fresh and prepare it from scratch.
M.P .: When you prepare a meal in peace, with love, from products that are not made in an atmosphere of aggression, the energy contained in it is good. That is why I prefer to eat porridge with fried eggs at home than a hearty dinner in any restaurant, done anonymously, in a hurry and out of duty, without a heart. When we are on the road with the theater, some colleagues buy sausages or hamburgers at the gas station, and we, a few people who are ecological crazy like me, take out thermos flasks with millet, salads, vegetable pancakes.
M.P .: Rest in the fresh air. Many people give up vacation, say they don't have time or can't afford it. Let's give up shopping at sales, clothes and gadgets. You don't have to go to the other end of the world. It is important to leave the city, visit your friends on the plot,
get some oxygen, move in the fresh air. I think that my he alth is influenced by the fact that I live half and half in Warsaw and Sweden, where the air is not polluted. I walk a lot there, for 15 years I had a dog that motivated me to walk.
M.P .: For 30 years, if I can, even every week, I have been going for a comprehensive treatment with a face massage. I use a lot of care cosmetics. I put a mask on my face every day. My colleagues from the theater have got used to the fact that when we return home after the performance, I have fleece sheets soaked in collagen on my face, which is absorbed for 40 minutes. The mere emanation of positive energy is enough …
M.P .: One of my fellow actors recently asked me and a friend: "Don't regretyou girls, that you are not 20 years old? ”. I never thought that. After all, I was 20 years old. The fiftieth birthday was not an age turning point for me, and in this sense I treated it like any other. I am adored, wanted and appreciated all the time by my husband, thanks to which I do not have a shadow of a complex because of my age. But I take care of myself, because at the age of 80 I want to be able to lace up my shoes or bring a shopping bag.
