Take theFit4Summer challenge and undergo the metamorphosis of your figure for the summer! Fit4Summer is a joint campaign by Wformie24.pl and the Fit Mom Ani Dziedzic trainer, thanks to which you can lose weight and shape your figure in a bit over 4 weeks.

What is theFit4Summer challenge?

As part of the challenge, Fit Mom trainer Ania Dziedzic will publish on her Facebook profile every day throughout June (except weekends) 20-minute trainings that will burn fat and shape the abdomen, thighs and buttocks. The program will be complemented by 2 longer firming and modeling trainings per week, which you can also find on the trainer's profile. Just turn on the video on your mobile, tablet or laptop and start exercising! You will not need any complicated equipment for training, or you will need dumbbells or water bottles.

Rules of the challengeFit4Summer

  1. Join theFit4Summer event on Facebook - thanks to this you will receive notifications about daily workouts and you will not miss any. At the event, recipes for dietary dishes will also be published, thanks to which you will notice the effects of exercise faster.
  2. Visit Fit Mom Ani's profileDziedzic on Facebook - there throughout June, from Monday to Friday at 9:15, the trainer will conduct 20-minute LIVE and VIDEO trainings. You can practice live with the trainer or do some work-up later. It is important to exercise every day, and after a week you will notice the first results.
  3. In addition, the trainer will publish evening LIVE modeling trainings at 20:00 2 times a week on Mondays and Wednesdays. The condition for the success of your metamorphosis isparticipation in all trainings as part of theFit4Summercampaign (detailed schedule can be found below)
  4. To avoid injuries and prepare your muscles for exercise, warm up before each training session. For this, you can do a short set of warm-up exercises with Fit Mom.
  5. As a sign that you are with us,fast and share the trainings you participate in- the more girls get involved in the challenge, the easier it will be for us to motivate ourselves to exercise!
  6. Have you missed a training session or you can't take part in it? No worries! At www.fit4summer.pl you will find allFit4Summer workouts that have been released so far. You can make up for each of them at any time.
