First of all, the preparation you are using is absolutely not intended for you and may do more harm. It is intended for patients who are at least overweight. To maintain a constant body weight, eat small meals every 3 hours. Eat the first meal when you wake up and the last one 3 hours before going to bed. I suggest drinking still water between meals. The meals should be small in size. The more you lose weight, the more vulnerable you will be to serious nutritional deficiencies and the harder it will be to maintain such a low body weight. Maybe instead of a strict diet, increase physical activity?
