Good morning! For 2 years I have had group III cytology and a lot of fungal and other infections as well as HPV. I had two surgeries: cervical biopsy and cervical taper shortening. I was at a control visit and I was supposed to have a Pap smear to find out if all the cancer cells were cut out, but the gynecologist didn't do it because he saw at first glance that I had an infection and said that it would be pointless, because the cytology would have gone wrong anyway . He wrote down medications which unfortunately did not help. Tomorrow I am going to another gynecologist, but I would like to ask you about a few things: 1) Can I have intercourse even with a condom while taking pills for infections? 2) Do hormone pills hurt me because I have this HPV? 3) could you recommend me some pills for painful periods? because I feel them a lot: I vomit, I lie in bed for 2 days, sometimes I faint, diarrhea, indescribable pain - I took almost everything, pyralginum helps me the most, but I vomit, so I return it anyway 4) is it certain that will I have problems getting pregnant? 5) where did this virus come from? apparently incl. I get sexually transmitted, but I had few partners, long relationships and we had sex with a condom a lot 6) can hormonal pills lower libido? Thank you very much in advance for your answers and sorry for so many questions at once. Best regards and I look forward to hearing from you. Yours sincerely, Iwona from Toruń

Dear Mrs. Iwona, 1) you can have sex while taking the tablets 2) no, the presence of HPV is not related to the use of hormonal contraception 3) there are no such dedicated drugs - only Ibuprom and Cyclodynone 4) no, nor the presence of a virus Neither painful menstruation has any effect on getting pregnant. However, it is important that you go to the doctor to provide you with appropriate care 5) the epidemiology of this virus is wide and any option of infection is probable for you 6) yes - please try Belara - it rarely lowers your libido - patients are satisfied with this contraception. If you have any additional questions, please help.
