I'm 15 years old, slim but tall. During the visit to the cardiologist, the doctor told me that my blood pressure was too high, the lower one. I have an appointment with him soon with the pressure results obtained. I would like to add that I have frequent dizziness and pain, e.g. when getting up from a chair or when the weather changes. Measurements: 140/65, 130/70, 140/70, 115/70, 123/68, 118/86, 118/69, 111/69, 110/70, 92/55, 125/61, 108/65, 120 / 7.0 86 / 5.7 90/47, 89/50, 128/113, 86/57, 92/49, 99/65, 102/65, 90/61, 85/48, 83/45. Each measurement was taken on a different day, mainly by the nurse. What can this be about? Do I have any pressure disorders? Is everything okay with me? Thank you for your reply.
Some of the quoted pressure values are elevated and require further observation and measurements. The results of the measurements should be recorded and brought to the doctor's appointment.
At elevated pressure values, headaches (in the occipital area) and dizziness are common ailments. It is advisable to limit sodium ion intake in the diet with this type of ailments. Recommended foods are: vegetables, fruit, white lean meat, white cheese, low-mineralized water. Foods that are not recommended are: cold cuts, cheese, fast food, canned food, soups from bags, stock cubes, drinks from cartons, any processed food with a long shelf life.
If the abnormal pressure results are repeated, the attending physician will decide on further treatment and possible additional tests.
