I have noticed for a long time that there is something wrong with me … I am depressed, I have absolutely no strength for anything. I'm still tired. I don't want to leave the house, when I have to (to school or the store), I go. I stopped seeing my friends. I spend my free time at home alone. I don't feel like spending time or talking to my household members either. Sitting alone, I listen to music, watch a movie, or browse through something on my phone. For some time now I have a headache every day, it will stop for a while and the same thing again. No point… Every day is the same. Gray and boring. I don't know what I can do in this situation. I cannot ask anyone in my family because they will laugh at me or say they have other more urgent matters. What can I do in this situation? Do you need a specialist?
At the beginning, please do all the tests, e.g. thyroid hormones, i.e. TSH, fT3, fT4, and blood and urine tests. Please check your sugar, potassium, iron and other vitamins, if it turns out well, you will need to consult a psychiatrist to rule out depression. And if your thyroid hormones turn out badly, I recommend that you consult an endocrinologist.
