Hello, on Saturday, 3 hours after taking 9 tablets from the blister pack, I experienced quite a lot of vomiting. Therefore, around midnight, I took a tablet for the next day (21 + 7). My dilemma is that I don't know what to do at the end of the package so that the contraception is kept. Can I take a tablet from an additional blister pack, or should I finish taking tablets on Wednesday (so far it was Thursday) and take a 7-day break, so start every pack from now on Thursday, not on Friday? And the second thing was, was it correct to take the two tablets? I am not worried about the past relationship because it was more than 7 days back, but I mean more about the future one, theoretically it will be 7 days after vomiting. Will I be secured further?
Good morning! I suggest you stop taking the current pack of tablets (Wednesday), skip the 7 placebo tablets and start the next packets. This way you will not get any bleeding, but you will also be protected. With severe vomiting, taking 2 tablets was absolutely correct. Regards
