Hello. I'm 24 years. 3 years ago I had a baby (cc). Six months after giving birth, I developed abdominal, vaginal and urethral pains after intercourse. Often then he also urinates, which is accompanied by burning sensation. Culture and other tests are normal. My gynecologist has prescribed me various medications for the infection, but my symptoms return with each intercourse. I am devastated because the pain is so strong that I sometimes faint. Doctors spread their hands, because theoretically I'm he althy, and practically every intercourse ends with excruciating pain, which is not helped by any painkillers. I don't know how to help myself anymore. P.s. yesterday I had intercourse and today I'm in bed again. I often pass small amounts of urine. He feels contraction and pressure in his lower abdomen. In addition, the coil and vagina burns me terribly. I can't touch her. What could it be?
Good morning! Probably at each intercourse, bacteria are introduced into the urethra by rubbing from the perineum. Please try to urinate after each intercourse, wash yourself and take 2 tablets of Urosept at night. In addition, relief is provided by a prebiotic gel (Provag) and a regular olive on the perineum to minimize micro-injuries. Regards
