I work in an institution where, despite the smoking ban law, employees still smoke in their rooms. It bothers me a lot, my head often hurts, my eyes sting, I cough, my nose mucosa dries up. It is possible that I am allergic to tobacco smoke … I am afraid that I am just poisoning myself while sitting at work. First of all, I wonder if only the smell reaches me, or also all the harmful substances contained in the smoke?
