Dear doctor, I have a problem that keeps me awake at night, I will try to present it as briefly as possible. I am pregnant (the second, the first with no problems). In early October, I saw my GP with persistent itching all over my body, nosebleeds, lack of appetite and malaise. I got a referral for liver tests, it came out: bilirubin-1.6; ASPAT- 503 U / l; ALAT-670 U / l (30 tc) and to the hospital, where further tests were performed, after which a downward trend of the above results was found and sent home with referral to a hepatology clinic. There, two days apart, the tests were repeated with the following results: bilirubin - 0.7; ASPAT - 49; ALAT - 217 and anti-HCV - weakly positive (previously negative) - cholestasis was found, then I was supposed to be led by a gynecologist. I read a bit about the diet for people suffering from this ailment and started using it to relieve the liver. The gynecologist wrote out a referral, taking into account liver tests, I was supposed to do them just before the next visit, that is in a month: bilirubin - 0.4; ASPAT - 36; ALAT - 66 (34 tc). The doctor said everything was fine and did not order any more liver tests. I wanted to know more about my ailment and I looked for information on the internet, basically everything I know was there, because no one wanted to explain anything to me. I was a bit scared by what I read and decided to make these tests myself (37 tc), they turned out perfect, i.e. half the norm. In connection with the above, I have a question: can cholestasis regress and I report pregnancy up to 40 tc and is it necessary to report to the hospital two weeks earlier, is it certain that the closer to the solution, the worse the results will be? partial dispel of my doubts. Thanks in advance for your help.

You should perform HBs-Ag and HCV tests and behave in accordance with the recommendations of your doctor and hepatologist, ask for the solution of the hepatitis C puzzle.
