The doctor diagnosed me with vegetative neurosis, and I do not get treatment, because I feel a pity to swallow the pills. Can I hurt myself? What does untreated neurosis lead to?

The vegetative neurosis is simply a neurosis that gives vegetative symptoms, i.e. bodily ailments. If they are not so bothersome - it is possible to live with such neurosis. If more serious symptoms are left untreated, firstly, unnecessary suffering is unnecessary, and secondly, the possibility of organ changes. For example, neurotic stomach ailments can lead to peptic ulcer disease after some time. There is also an important problem: if to treat neurosis - how? Well, not only drugs, many of which can be addictive, but - if possible - psychotherapy.
