Hello! What do you need to do and what documents to have to open a private nursing practice?
A nurse practicing as an individual nursing practice is obliged to meet the following conditions: - have the right to practice the profession, - have at least two years of experience in the profession, - must have a room, - obtain an entry in the register business activity, - conclude a third party liability insurance contract. A nurse may not be: - suspended in the right to practice the profession or restricted in performing certain professional activities on the basis of the provisions on the profession of nurse and midwife or the provisions on the self-government of nurses and midwives, occupation by the preventive measure applied. - have interruptions in the performance of the profession for a total period longer than 5 years in the last 6 years preceding the application for entry. Intending to perform medical activities, he submits to the registration authority (District Council of Nurses and Midwives): 1. Application, in the case of individual practice, along with a list of attachments - Certificate of entry in the business activity register. - A photocopy of the third party liability insurance contract. - A photocopy of the certificate of specialization. - Confirmation of payment for entry / entry of changes / deletion from the register. - A copy of the sanitary opinion - should be attached in the case of practice in the office.
