Doctor, after the first quite hard labor, my uterus fell significantly. Now I am in another pregnancy (31st week). Yesterday I heard on the ultrasound that I should be ready that the second child will also be big. I wonder if natural childbirth will make the situation with the uterus worse. Now it is significantly lowered and covers the entire entrance to the vagina.
Does the cervix protrude in front of the labia or the vaginal wall? Pregnancy itself can cause a decrease in the reproductive organ. Both childbirth and cesarean section can lower the uterus. It seems reasonable to me - if, of course, the current baby is not too big for a natural childbirth - to give birth to natural forces, and then possibly to perform vaginoplasty. Performing the incision may not improve or even worsen the reduction of the reproductive organ. It is difficult to give me an unambiguous answer without examining you. It is definitely worth discussing this situation with your doctor.
