I heard that the lack of carbohydrates accelerates fat burning during training. It is known that, for example, while running, adipose tissue burns, but only after about 30 minutes of solid effort. First, the body burns our calories. If we do not provide carbohydrates to the body, will fat tissue burn faster during training?

During training, the body initially loses water, burns glycogen, its own protein, and the greatest amount of fat burning is between 30 and 45 minutes. The body should be supplied with both carbohydrates, protein and fat, but in the right amount. None of these components can be excluded.
